Overview

The COCO Device SDK provides an API that allows an OEM/Device Application to join a COCONet, publish its Resource Definitions, service Commands or Information Requests from Client Applications, or publish Attributes to Client Applications. For e.g. our COCO Cameras run the Camera Application within their firmware which uses the COCO Device SDK to provide Live Streaming, Event-Driven or On-Demand Video Recording and Pan-Tilt for the Camera, among others.

The following COCO Device SDK’s support the development of OEM/Device Applications:

  1. The COCO Device SDK, used by Linux-based Devices like Gateways, Cameras, Robots, Drones, etc.

  2. The COCO Bean SDK (coming soon on FreeRTOS!), used by devices with constraints on memory, compute, power, etc., such as Micro-controllers with WiFi.
